With more than 30 years of experience in property management, Shane knows the industry from the inside out — the pressure, the people, the problems, the wins and, importantly, the pain that can come with the job.

 

His career has included lecturing at Swinburne University, training and mentoring property management professionals, and now operating his own real estate office — giving him the unique perspective of someone who doesn’t just teach it, but still lives it.

 

Shane brings enormous energy, humour and enthusiasm to everything he does. His style is passionate, fun, straight-talking and refreshingly real.
